Rates: $100.00 for 60 minute massage
         $150.00 for 90 minute massage
         $200.00 for 120 minute massage
         $250.00 for 150 minute massage
         $300.00 for 180 minute massage

    "Kama'aina" and senior citizen rates are available.

James Waslaski, LMT, teaches orthopedic massage. This work is where I’ve done my most recent and extensive training. Therapeutic Body work that includes repetitive use Injury from work or play. This work includes a home care stretching and strengthening protocol. www.orthomassage.net

John Barnes, PT,  Myofascial Release II & I. There is a cranio-sacral component to this work. www.myofascialrelease.com

Richard Valasek master instructor in Ortho-Bionomy. This is the most gentle and least invasive of all the modalities. www.ortho-bionomy.org

Devaki- Swedish Esalen, Virginia Dunas- Shiatsu, Louise Arakaki -Sports Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage, Valerie “Passionflower” Mandel- Thai Massage, Bob McAtee- Facilitated Stretching, Rubin Doronio & Stephen Bogardus- Hawaiian inspired lomi style massage. In addition, I have weekend trainings in hot stone massage, hand and foot massage, Chi Nei Tsang- abdominal massage.
