Edible Hawaiian Islands, isa new and exciting magazine, celebrating the Harvest of the Aloha State, Season by Season.
We are part of a growing movement throughout the country, encouraging people to eat more locally grown and
locally produced foods. Through our printed publications, website and local events we aim to connect consumers and
visiting tourists with local growers, retailers, chefs and food artisans, enabling those relationships to grow and thrive
in a mutually beneficial, healthful, and economically viable way.
We are all about encouraging the value of local, seasonal, authentic foods and the many culinary traditions of the
Hawaiian Islands.

* Want to know where to eat locally grown and produced food?
* Want to know where the farmers markets are and what food events are happening on your island?
* Want to know what’s going on in the continuing efforts towards a sustainable Hawaii?
Let’s talk story … the Hawaiian term for sharing information. We want to celebrate those local family farmers, bakers, fishermen, ranchers, poultry farmers, flower growers, local chefs and the rest of the community for their dedication to producing the highest quality fresh and seasonal foods. Let’s talk story about how to protect our land and the waters that surround us.
